24th August 2010
Windsurfing: Felixstowe - Fludges
Wind Direction: WSW
Wind Stength: F1-F5!
Surf / Sea State: Flat/Chop
Air Temperature: Warm
Sea Temperature: Warm
Weather: Super on-off wind
Max Speed:
Distance Covered:

With quite a bit of West in the wind, Fludges was going to be the only choice... Got there to find nothing on the inside (almost still), but plenty at sea. Occasionally the wind made it to the inside, and was obviously quite strong. What to rig...?!! (and it is worth it?!)

Luckily some others turned up and we all made different sail choices, 5m > 6m. There wasn't really a right size, as there was either plenty of wind or b*gger all.

After all that, we had quite a fun sail! The wind was strong, but constant when it was up, and there was plenty of small but steep chop to jump off. Didn't stay out long as the blobbing in between wind was a bit tedious, but it was definitely worth going out.
